Below are a list of the items for sale with a description of each, as well as the price.
*Note* that the prices listed are what we would like to get for the items to help pay for our cross country move. But something is better than nothing so we are negociable with all of the prices.

Washer and Dryer- $300
This is an awesome washer and dryer that both work great. The washer is about 2 years old and the dryer is about 5 years old. They will not be available until August 10th, but you can come and get them anytime after that. We do request that you pay half in advace so we can hold them for you.

Table Lamps- $10 Each
Each of these lamps are $10 each. I have only pictured one, but there are actually two identical lamps in the seashell style and the clear ball with black shade style.
Portable Dishwasher- $250 *SOLD*
This item is one that is hard for me to part with. I have absolutely loved having this dishwasher and it has saved my life!
It is a full-sized dishwasher on wheels. You wheel it up to the sink and there is a hose that connects to the faucet. You plug it in- and away you go!
It has a counter top that also adds to your counter space, which is nice if you are like us and have to live with small kitchens.
It will be available anytime after August 10th. For us to hold the dishwasher for you, we ask that you pay half of the money in advance. The rest of the money can be paid when you come to pick up the dishwasher. I did mention it was hard for me to part with right?

TV Cabinet- *REDUCED* $225
This is an extremely solid, well-built TV armoire. This is beautiful and it actually matches the 6 drawer dresser. The upper portion is, of course, made for the TV and has smaller shelves made for DVD players and video game consoles. The lower portion has shelving for movies and other storage.

AC Unit- $300
This AC Unit is 3 years old and we bought it brand new. It is 11,500 BTU which means it can cool a 550 sq ft area. It is energy efficient and this summer we are running it for about 6-8 hours a day and only paying a $30 electric bill for our 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

Kitchen Table with Four Chairs- $50
This is your standard table and chairs. It is round so it fits better in tight spaces. The reason we got it was because of the chairs. They have arms so I feel more comfortable with my children standing on their chairs during dinner, they are pretty much locked in.
Black Portable Island- $45
We got this to expand our counter and cabinet space in the kitchen. It is black with a silver counter top. It has one drawer and a cabinet with shelving inside.
8 Drawer Dresser- $100
This is a really nice natural wood finish dresser. We haven't had it very long and it has been very nice to actually have a dresser.
5 Drawer White Dresser- $20
It isn't much to look at but it serves its function well. We use this dresser for our children and I have always wanted to paint it in cool colors for them, just never got around to it.
Glider Rocking Chair- $25 *SOLD*
We got this when our first child was born and I am very sad to see it go. It has been sanded down and re-stained. It is really comfy and has a low profile to fit in small spaces. It is a great glider and is very sturdy.
Baby Changing Table- $30 *SOLD*
This has been great for storage space. It is lightweight and very sturdy. It comes with the little mattress pad thing so your baby isn't laying on the hard wood.
End Table #1- $35
This is a very solid and sturdy end table. It is heavy because it is made of iron and wood. I love this piece and I am sad to see it go.
End Table #2- $15 *SOLD*
This table can serve as either and end table or a coffee table, we have used it for both.
Stroller- $25
I have loved having this stroller. Is is solidly built and easy to scrunch down to fit inside the trunk. Evenflo infant carrier seats fit to sit in the seat and on top of the food tray.
The bottom storage rack has some tears in the mesh, but is still functional. There used to be a center handle for one handed steering but that has been broken off, which is why we are selling it so cheap.
You can't get a better deal than this.

Desk Chairs- $15 each
These chairs have been great to have. They are comfy and come in either blue or red.
Coat Rack Tree Stand- $15
This is an antique looking coat rack which has been great during the winter. I hate hanging up wet coats in a closet so we always used this instead. The top portion spins so every hanger is easily accessable.
