AC Unit- $300

This AC Unit is 3 years old and we bought it brand new. It is 11,500 BTU which means it can cool a 550 sq ft area. It is energy efficient and this summer we are running it for about 6-8 hours a day and only paying a $30 electric bill for our 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
This item will not be available until August 13th. Possibly earlier if we decide to leave earlier.
